Hi. My name is not WeatheringCloud, but I feel like that would be a great name to have.

I’m not necessarily sure if an introduction is necessary, but the existence of this post is necessary for me more so than for anyone else. I’ve had this blog for years, even paid for a domain, but I’ve never really made a huge attempt to actually use it. In essence, this post is just a sort of jump start for me to actually start being more active with my writing.

Some of the reasons for this were definitely a lack of ideas, time and laziness. But the main reason was that I really didn’t know exactly what I wanted to do with this blog.

Ultimately, I want to write stories. But right now, I don’t have the skill nor the time to actually produce stories that I will be happy with. My priorities are focused on a career outside of writing for now, but I am ultimately going to end up as a writer. Hopefully at the end of my five year plan.

Anyway, I did say a brief introduction. For now, this blog will be focusing on sharing the knowledge of Management Accounting which I gain from my studying. I plan to make the finance jargon both simplified and interesting (the latter will be tricky) and providing context using current affairs or any historically suitable case that is a great example. Hopefully I will also be able to impose a sufficient amount of knowledge so that people can actually apply it to their lives and avoid money issues!

I am also learning SQL (Structured Query Language), which is a form of code that provides useful for my current working role, and I do think this will be a great additional piece of knowledge to share. Once I master this, I’ll move onto other forms of coding, SQL introduced me to to the vast range of possibilities my brain has.

In the future, it see it evolving into something else, but for now, let’s see how this goes. I hope this blog is useful and you find something here that helps you in some way.
